Here are 6 ways that Infiniwiz has your business covered when migrating to a VoIP phone service.
Infiniwiz will arrange for porting of all required numbers from your current provider. We just need your latest phone bill to get this done. This is the most time consuming task in your VoIP migration, so we ask that you submit this port request as soon as you can. Depending on your current provider, this can take up to 21 business days from the day of request.
If you are switching to Infiniwiz from a different VoIP provider, chances are you don’t need to upgrade your phone equipment. However, if you’re coming from a traditional phone service provider, you will most likely need new phones. Let our migration specialist help you choose the right phones for your needs. If you don’t want to make an up front purchase, we also give you the option of leasing VoIP phones from us.
A new IVR (Interactive Virtual Receptionist) has to be recorded either by you or by a third-party provider. We work with a professional voice recording company, so we can take care of it if you’d prefer. We just need a script for all your menus and options. The phone provisioning process is free of charge and is normally completed within 1-2 business days. We program the phones at our facility and ship them to you.
On the day of installation or when you bring new phones into your VoIP system, an Infiniwiz technician will be available to train you as needed.
