Within the next 2-3 weeks, we will be switching over to ConnectWise, the industry leader in management software for IT companies. This change will affect service ticket emails and communication protocols between Infiniwiz and their clients.
Right away clients will see a change in the way the ticketing system works for service requests. This will happen within the next couple of weeks. In addition, there will be changes in the way communication between us and clients, and invoicing will be migrated over to the new system by the end of 2017.
